Governance that speeds AI up instead of slowing it down.
An AI inventory, risk framework, approval flow and ROI dashboard, aligned to the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001.
One call with a senior engineer. A straight answer on what it would take.

Where you are. Where you’ll be.

What it is
AI governance is the set of policies, risk controls and records that let an organization use AI safely, legally and measurably. It covers which AI systems exist, how risky each is, who approves them and what they return. Regulation such as the EU AI Act is turning it from good practice into a duty.
Without governance, every AI project gets stuck in a different committee. With heavy governance, nothing ships. We build the lightweight version that works: an inventory of every AI system (including the ones teams bought quietly), risk tiers with matching controls, a fast approval path for low-risk use, and a dashboard that tracks cost and value per use case. Compliance and the CFO get the same source of truth.

Questions you’ll ask
- Won't governance slow down our AI projects?
- Heavy governance does. Ours is tiered: low-risk uses get a fast approval path, and controls scale with risk. Projects stop waiting on committees because the rules are clear before they start.
- How do we find AI tools staff are already using?
- Through a mix of expense and procurement data, network and SaaS discovery, and short team interviews. Most organizations find far more AI tools than they expected; the inventory is the starting point for everything else.
- Does this prepare us for the EU AI Act?
- It gives you the foundation: an inventory, risk classification and documented controls. The Act's fines reach up to 7% of global turnover for the most serious breaches, and its transparency obligations under Article 50 apply from 2 August 2026.
