Beat the 2027 deadline without a three-year death march.
S/4HANA migration, RISE with SAP, implementation and support with a clean-core discipline.
One call with a senior engineer. A straight answer on what it would take.

Where you are. Where you’ll be.
You need this if
- You're still on ECC
- Previous upgrade estimates scared the board
- Custom code makes every change slow and risky
What changes for your business
- Migration finished before support runs out
- A clean core that makes future upgrades routine
- Access to SAP's AI and cloud capabilities
What we hand over
- Custom-code analysis and migration path recommendation
- S/4HANA or RISE with SAP implementation
- Clean-core extensions on SAP BTP
- Post-go-live support and optimization
What it is
SAP S/4HANA is SAP's current ERP platform, and RISE with SAP is its bundled cloud offering. Most SAP customers on ECC must move before mainstream support ends in 2027. The move is a chance to remove decades of customization, or an expensive way to carry it forward if it isn't assessed first.
Most SAP programs overrun because they try to carry twenty years of customization into the new system. We assess your custom code, choose the right path (greenfield, brownfield or selective), keep the core clean with extensions on SAP BTP, and migrate in a sequence that protects month-end close and peak season.
- Why now
- 61% of SAP ECC customers had not migrated to S/4HANA by the end of 2024, with mainstream support ending 2027. Gartner via The Register, 2025

Questions you’ll ask
- When does SAP ECC support end?
- Mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 ends in 2027, with optional extended maintenance to 2030. Gartner data reported in 2025 showed 61% of ECC customers had not yet migrated by the end of 2024.
- Greenfield, brownfield or selective: which is right?
- Greenfield redesigns processes from scratch, brownfield converts the existing system, and selective data transition moves chosen data and processes. The right answer depends on how much of your customization still earns its keep, which the custom code assessment shows.
- What does keeping the core clean mean?
- Building custom functionality as extensions on SAP BTP instead of modifying SAP's standard code. Upgrades then stop being projects, because your changes don't collide with SAP's.
