Keep the bots that work. Fix the ones that don't.

RPA assessment, rescue and rebuild: stabilize your existing estate, move fragile bots to APIs, and automate only where rules really are rules.

One call with a senior engineer. A straight answer on what it would take.

Where you are. Where you’ll be.

You need this if

  • Bots break every time a vendor updates a screen
  • Your automation team spends more time fixing than building
  • Nobody can say what your RPA program actually saves

What changes for your business

  • Bot failure rate down, maintenance hours down
  • A clear view of which automations pay and which don't
  • A stable base to build agentic automation on

What we hand over

  1. Bot estate audit: cost, failure rate, value
  2. Rebuild of fragile bots on APIs and integrations
  3. Monitoring, alerting and change control for bots
  4. Retire, keep or upgrade-to-agent recommendation per bot

What it is

Robotic process automation (RPA) is software that mimics a person clicking through applications to complete rule-based tasks, useful where systems have no API. It works best on stable, high-volume work. It gets expensive when screens change often, because every interface change can break a bot.

RPA still earns its keep on high-volume, rule-based work in systems without APIs. The trouble is everything else it got used for. We audit your bot estate for cost, failure rate and value, rebuild fragile bots on APIs where possible, retire the ones that cost more than they save, and set up the monitoring and change control that keeps the rest stable. Then we decide, bot by bot, where an agent should take over.

Why now
60% of total RPA program cost can go to bot maintenance. Forrester

How it runs

  1. 01

    Diagnose

    Typically 2–4 weeks

We map the problem, your data and your systems, and agree the one number that defines success.

  2. 02

    Prove

    Typically 4–8 weeks

A working pilot on your real data, measured against that number. Not a slide demo.

  3. 03

    Ship

    Scoped to the outcome

Production build with security, monitoring, cost controls and documentation included, not upsold.

  4. 04

    Run

    Ongoing, optional

We operate what we built against clear service levels, or train your team to. Your call. No lock-in.

Questions you’ll ask

Is RPA still worth it now that AI agents exist?
For high-volume, stable, rule-based work in systems without APIs, yes. For work that needs reading, interpretation or judgment, agents usually do better. Most estates need both, applied to the right tasks.
Why do our bots keep breaking?
Because screen-scraping bots depend on interfaces that change with every vendor update. Forrester estimates bot maintenance can reach 60% of total RPA program cost. Moving bots to APIs, plus monitoring and change control, cuts that sharply.
Can you tell us what our RPA program actually saves?
Yes. The audit measures each bot's run volume, failure rate, maintenance hours and value delivered, so you get savings per bot, not a vendor's estimate, and a clear list of what to keep, rebuild or retire.
