Illustration: Digital twins & IoT engineering

Where you are. Where you’ll be.

You need this if

  • Unplanned downtime is a major cost
  • Process changes are tested live on the production line
  • Sensor data is collected but never used

What changes for your business

  • Changes tested in simulation before they cost money
  • Failures predicted before they stop production
  • Remote visibility of every asset in real time

What we hand over

  1. IoT connectivity and edge data collection
  2. Digital twin data model and 3D or dashboard visualization
  3. Simulation and predictive maintenance models
  4. Integration with MES, ERP and maintenance systems

What it is

A digital twin is a live virtual model of a physical asset or process, such as a machine, production line or warehouse, kept current by sensor and system data. It lets teams monitor operations in real time and test changes in simulation before risking them in the physical world.

A digital twin lets you ask 'what if' without risking production: what if we change the line speed, move a warehouse, or lose a supplier. We connect sensors and operational systems, build the data model and visualization, and add simulation and prediction where it pays, such as predictive maintenance or throughput optimization.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Diagnose

    Typically 2–4 weeks

We map the problem, your data and your systems, and agree the one number that defines success.

  2. 02

    Prove

    Typically 4–8 weeks

A working pilot on your real data, measured against that number. Not a slide demo.

  3. 03

    Ship

    Scoped to the outcome

Production build with security, monitoring, cost controls and documentation included, not upsold.

  4. 04

    Run

    Ongoing, optional

We operate what we built against clear service levels, or train your team to. Your call. No lock-in.

Questions you’ll ask

What can we do with a digital twin?
Test changes without risking production: a faster line speed, a new warehouse layout, a lost supplier. You also get a live view of performance and early warning of failures before they cause downtime.
Do we need new sensors?
Often not at first. Many sites already collect sensor and machine data that is never used. We start with what exists and add sensors only where a gap blocks a specific use case.
How do you decide where simulation is worth it?
By the cost of the decision it informs. Predictive maintenance on critical machines or throughput modeling on a bottleneck usually pays back; modeling everything usually doesn't. We start with one costly problem.
