We get the 2am page. You get the morning summary.
24/7 operations, patching, backup and incident response for your cloud and infrastructure, run by the people who built it.
One call with a senior engineer. A straight answer on what it would take.

Where you are. Where you’ll be.
You need this if
- Your best engineers are on call for infrastructure
- Patching is always next quarter
- Nobody has tested disaster recovery this year
What changes for your business
- Your engineers build product instead of babysitting servers
- Uptime backed by service levels, not good intentions
- Ongoing optimization that keeps costs falling
What we hand over
- 24/7 monitoring, alerting and incident response
- Patching, backup and disaster recovery management
- Capacity and cost optimization reviews
- Monthly service reporting against SLAs
What it is
Managed cloud operations means a provider runs your cloud infrastructure day to day under agreed service levels: monitoring, patching, backups, capacity, incident response and cost control. It frees in-house engineers from on-call infrastructure work so they can spend their time on the product.
Running infrastructure well is a full-time job that most teams do part-time. We take the pager: monitoring, patching, backups, capacity, incident response and continuous optimization, all against agreed service levels. Because we build what we run, problems get fixed at the source instead of patched at the symptom.
- Why now
- 29% of IaaS and PaaS spend is wasted, the first rise in five years. Flexera State of the Cloud, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

How it runs
- 01
Diagnose
Typically 2–4 weeksWe map the problem, your data and your systems, and agree the one number that defines success.
- 02
Prove
Typically 4–8 weeksA working pilot on your real data, measured against that number. Not a slide demo.
- 03
Ship
Scoped to the outcomeProduction build with security, monitoring, cost controls and documentation included, not upsold.
- 04
Run
Ongoing, optionalWe operate what we built against clear service levels, or train your team to. Your call. No lock-in.
Questions you’ll ask
- What service levels do you commit to?
- They're agreed per engagement and written into the contract: availability targets, response and resolution times by severity, and patching windows. We report against them monthly, including the misses.
- Will our engineers lose visibility of production?
- No. You keep full access to dashboards, runbooks and incident history. The point is to take the pager off your product engineers, not to hide the system from them.
- Do you test disaster recovery?
- Yes, on a schedule agreed with you. A recovery plan that has never been run is an assumption. We run restores and failovers, measure how long they take, and fix what breaks.
