Go-live isn't the finish line. Adoption is.

Change management that gets people using new systems and ways of working, measured by adoption.

Let's Build Together

One call with a senior engineer. A straight answer on what it would take.

Illustration: Organizational change management

Where you are. Where you’ll be.

You need this if

  • Past systems launched but weren't adopted
  • A major technology change is coming
  • Teams are anxious about AI changing their roles

What changes for your business

  • Faster adoption of new systems
  • Less resistance and productivity dip
  • Benefits realized, not just systems launched

What we hand over

  1. Change impact and readiness assessment
  2. Sponsorship and stakeholder plan
  3. Communication and training programs
  4. Adoption tracking and reinforcement

What it is

Organizational change management is the structured work of helping people adopt a new system, process or way of working. It covers sponsorship, communication, training and measuring adoption. Most failed technology projects did not fail technically; people simply never changed how they worked.

Every technology project is a people project. We assess the impact of change on each group, build sponsorship, design communication and training, and track adoption with real usage data, intervening where teams fall behind instead of declaring success at go-live.

Why now
39% of workers' core skills are expected to change by 2030. World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report 2025 (opens in a new tab)

How it runs

  1. 01

    Diagnose

    Typically 2–4 weeks

We map the problem, your data and your systems, and agree the one number that defines success.

  2. 02

    Prove

    Typically 4–8 weeks

A working pilot on your real data, measured against that number. Not a slide demo.

  3. 03

    Ship

    Scoped to the outcome

Production build with security, monitoring, cost controls and documentation included, not upsold.

  4. 04

    Run

    Ongoing, optional

We operate what we built against clear service levels, or train your team to. Your call. No lock-in.

Questions you’ll ask

Why do systems launch but not get adopted?
Because go-live is treated as the finish line. People keep old workarounds when nobody explains why the change matters, trains them for their real tasks or notices when usage drops.
How do you measure adoption?
With usage data from the system itself: logins, task completion, workaround use and process metrics, by team. Surveys add context, but behavior is the measure.
How do you handle anxiety about AI changing roles?
By being specific: which tasks change, which don't, and what support people get. Vague reassurance increases anxiety; clear plans and early involvement reduce it.
